Old Kings Head PH are staging The Stock Charity Weekend on Saturday and Sunday
3rd an 4th September ,2011 |
| The gates open at 12.30 each
day and the events finish at 5.00pm; on both evenings live music will be played
in The OKH bar. |
Saturday
Afternoon It's a Knockout competition
between local Stock teams together with children's rides, BBQ' , beer tent and
classical car displays, train rides |
| Evening an exciting
charity auction of " pledges" will be held in the main bar. A similar event
last year raised nearly £3,000 for little Havens children Hospice. |
Sunday,
Donkey Derby and the first of 8 exciting
races, featuring Hunt's famous Racing Donkeys, is at 2-15pm. |
| Betting on the Tote, Bars,
BBQ and sideshows - a great day guaranteed, and a big crowds are expected.

| Donkey rides and train rides
for children. If you are below 7 stone (45kg) and between 10 and 15 years old
with some riding experience, bring a hard hat along and become a race jockey
for a day! |
| Free bus service operating
from the event to Stock and Ingatestone during the afternoons |
