I lived in Well Lane from 1956 until I was married in 1980 at the Catholic church. My parents Valerie and Peter Bell lived in stock for several years after that. They then moved to Billericay but returned to stock until about 3 years ago when they moved to Colchester to be nearer my brother Tony.- sadly my mum passed away in March 2011 but is now back "home" laid at rest in the churchyard of the Anglican Church - I often visit to stay with friends and bring flowers to my mum.
