Brother of Private William Joseph Fell, No.250876, 1/5th Battalion (T.F.) The Essex Regiment (died of wounds in Palestine on March 27, 1917).
He was unmarried. Killed in action opposite the Turkish trench H12 in the Helles sector on June 14, 1915, aged 22 years. Name commemorated on the Helles Memorial, and the Ingatestone and Fryerning War Memorial, Essex.
