The 11th Annual Stock Donkey Derby is being held at Brocks Farm,
Ingatestone Road, Stock.
| The 11th Annual
Stock Donkey Derby is being held at a new venue Brocks Farm, Ingatestone Road,
Stock on Sunday 4th September,2004. This charity event is presented by
Brentwood Lions Club and last year the event raised over £3,000 for local
charities . The beneficiaries were Farleigh Hospice , MacMillan Nurses. and
other village charities. |
The event will commence at
1.15.pm
and will comprise; |
| 8 donkey races, a beer
tent, Bar-B-Q : side shows, craft stall : tombola, kiddies corner, Donkey
Rides |
| If you are between 10-15
years old and below 45kg weight you are welcome to ride in the races- but you
must have your parents permission.and if possible your own hard hat. |
Come
along enjoy yourself
and raise money for local charities. |
Off street parking is
FREE Admission £1.00 for adults all children must be accompanied by an
adult.

| There will be a FREE bus
service operating from 1.00pm from Stock Library and Ingatestone High Street to
Brocks Farm at regular intervals throughout the afternoon. |
